✨Hello Friends! This week, I made a delicious Miniature Gulab Jamun! This is a very famous Indian sweet, it is delicious and rich in flavor. Gulab means “rose water,” so the sugar syrup has a delicate rose flavor in accordance with tradition. Gulab jamun is the name of an Indian fruit that is similar in size and color to dough balls. So, if you haven’t tasted this sweet, you must now!!!⭐

Ingredients:
Gulab Jamun Flour (found in Indian stores)
Milk

Syrup:
Water
Sugar
Cardamom

Instructions:
1. Add milk and the Gulab flour together, until you get a smooth dough
2. Roll it into small balls, and make sure there are no cracks
3. Fry the balls until it is golden brown
4. In another pan, heat sugar, water, and cardamom together
5. Turn off the flame, and add in the cooked balls, and let it soak into th sugar water for a few hours
6. Your Gulab Jamun is Done!!!
