Parmesan Couscous is a simple dish you can enjoy any time of the day! I learned this recipe from my grandmother who lived in Morocco for 1 year. If you are vegan, you can substitute the cheese with the vegan parmesan cheese. Try this recipe, and I know you will not regret making it!
INGREDIENTS
Couscous
Parmesan Cheese
Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Chicken Broth
Coriander
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Boil chicken broth and butter in a pot
2) Add the uncooked couscous in the pot
3) After the couscous is fully cooked add Parmesan cheese
4) Now add oil, salt, and pepper
5) Stir the couscous so the flavor is spread evenly
6) Add Lemon Juice to the pot and mix it well
7) Now, turn off your stove and set the pot aside
8) If you want to be fancy with the plating, take a bowl ( to make the couscous look like a dome ) and stuff the couscous inside it
9) Then flip the bowl upside down onto a plate
10) Tap the top of the bowl and wait for the couscous to slide down
11) Decorate your plate with tomatoes and coriander, and there you go. A tasty Parmesan Couscous!!!
