Hello Friends! Today we made Spicy Sautéed Spinach OUTSIDE! This recipe is very easy to make with only a few ingredients to add. This video and food also represents Indian culture. String beans are high in Vitamin K, and also are delicious to eat raw ( my opinion). Below this, you will find the ingredients and instructions on how to make this easy curry. Ingredients
Onion
Garlic
Spinach
_____________
Spices
salt to taste
pepper
cumin
chilli powder
turmeric
oil
mustard seeds
Instructions
1) Cut up your beans, onions, and garlic
2) Heat a skillet, and add oil and mustard seeds
3) Add in the cut up vegetables and sauté for about 3-5 mins
4) Add in your spices
5) Mix well
6) Your Spicy Sautéed Spinach is ready!
