Eggless Omelet is the vegetarian way of cooking Omelet and very popular among all vegetarian friends in the Barbie world. We tried making it for Mary today in the mini cooking way with miniature utensils in our Tiny Cuisine.

🌱VEG OMELETTE RECIPE 🌱
The Eggless Omelet is a vegetarian alternate for the egg omelette recipe made with Oat Flakes, Rava and Besan. Veggie omelette is for those who do not eat or like eggs for various reasons. This Omelet has the color, texture and taste similar to Egg Omelette. This can be served for breakfast or as a snack for kids.
INGREDIENTS
Oat Flakes
Rava
Besan / gram flour
Whole Milk Curd
Water
Butter
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric Powder
Tomato Puree
Eno Fruit Salt
Carrot (finely chopped)
Onion (finely chopped)
Coriander (finely chopped)
1) Ground the Oat Flakes to Powder
2) Mix Rava and Besan with the Oat Flakes
3) Add Salt and Pepper as needed
4) Add Turmeric Powder as needed
5) Mix them well, make sure all are mixed well
6) Add Curd, water and mix
7) Add Tomato Puree and oil and whisk smooth for 5 min
8) Chop Onions, Carrot and Coriander
9) Add them to the batter and whisk them well
10) Mix the batter well make sure it is smooth and consistent
10) Heat a pan and add some oil
11) Spread the batter when the pan is hot
12) Allow to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
13) Add Chili flakes to taste
14) Flip over and cook the other side as well
15) Add Butter and Coriander to garnish
16) finally, serve veg eggless omelette
